What is the ideal age range for sessions?
Bilbys is specifically designed for primary school-aged children, between 5 and 12 years old.Â
What should my child bring to play?
Please ensure they wear comfortable sports clothes and closed-toe shoes. Bring a full water bottle, a hat, and apply sunscreen before arriving. We provide all the play equipment!
How do you handle safety and first aid?
Safety is our top priority. Every session is supervised by first-aid-certified instructors. All equipment is regularly checked, and we maintain a first aid kit onsite.
What happens in case of bad weather?
. In cases of extreme weather (like rain, lightning or heat), we notify parents via text message at least 1 hour before start time with credit options.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
We offer full credits for cancellations made 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations due to illness, please reach out and we'll do our best to find a makeup session for your little one.
How do payments and bookings work?
All bookings are managed via our online portal. We accept credit cards and secure online payments. You can book single sessions or purchase term passes for better value.
